Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite across various departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide technical guidance and training to users on best practices and system functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in HR technology and integrate them into our processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS or similar systems.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP SuccessFactors administration tools.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules such as SuccessFactors Recruiting, SuccessFactors Performance, and SuccessFactors Learning.
- Experience with HRIS data management and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
