Responsibilities

  • Oversee the deployment and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite across various departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to users on best practices and system functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in HR technology and integrate them into our processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS or similar systems.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP SuccessFactors administration tools.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules such as SuccessFactors Recruiting, SuccessFactors Performance, and SuccessFactors Learning.
  • Experience with HRIS data management and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
