About The Team

DoorDash Commerce Platform is our company’s hypergrowth fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers across the United States and abroad. The Associate Manager will help define, test, and scale Commerce Platform’s next biggest bets.

About The Role

As an Associate Manager on our Commerce Platform Growth Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success. You will help find product market fit, build strategic go-to-market strategies, partner cross-functionally to launch solutions, and directly work with our enterprise merchants to scale partnerships and test outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to improve quality and operations
• Develop and foster deep relationships with top priority merchant partners
• Build a strong understanding of product market fit, value proposition, pricing, and the competitive landscape
• Guide operational improvements for merchant partners
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales, and Account Management teams
• Evaluate and test various revenue, cost, and quality drivers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in finance/management consulting, business operations, business analytics, or high-growth/early-stage startup or entrepreneurial experience
• Expert communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to provide recommendations in complex environments
• Experience leveraging AI in day-to-day tasks

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
