What You'll Do
- Lead a team of supervisors overseeing day to day operations as well as long term process development for the production control department
- Manage headcount planning, training schedules, cross-shift coordination, and performance feedback
- Foster a strong safety culture through training, audits, and direct coaching; enforce proper PPE usage and 5S practices
- Leverage system tools (WARP, MOS, MFS, Power BI) to monitor route performance, cycle times, and downtime events
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on labor efficiency, equipment optimization, and material presentation
- Provide support to Engineering / Operations / Inventory control / Production / Quality / Logistics / NPI in all formats dependent on business need and maturity
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in material handling or factory operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing frontline teams in high-paced manufacturing or logistics environments
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., WARP, MOS, MFS), and data tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict, coach frontline teams, and escalate effectively
- Strong time management and decision-making under dynamic shopfloor conditions
