Position overview

The Associate Manager, Product Management and Sourcing generally oversees one or two departments in partnership with a Manager or Director.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to execute product management & sourcing initiatives
• Support supplier relationships, own cost engineering and negotiations, contributing to cost-effective sourcing strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and streamline processes in the product development lifecycle
• Manage fabric prepositioning along with owning liability utilization plan
• Oversee production timelines and troubleshoot internal/external issues to meet due dates
• Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance sourcing strategies and product quality
• Manage product and vendor allocation, facilitate vendor performance evaluation in support of sourcing strategy
• Support the mentorship and development of direct report(s)
• Provide administrative support to the Product Management and Sourcing teams as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in product management and sourcing, or related roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate, influence vendors, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal & external partners
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Pay

Annual Salary: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.

Schedule

Our Smart Work program pairs the best of in‑person collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely, guided by business needs and the nature of each role. Corporate associates work at least three days a week in our offices, with teams setting core days to brainstorm, build relationships, and move work forward.
