Our Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach all DoorDash audiences (consumer, dasher, and merchant).
About The Role
We’re seeking a talented and driven technical marketer to support the development of reporting and measurement tools and products within the DoorDash Ads & Promotions Measurement team. In this role, you will be critical in advancing our data strategy and optimizing advertiser outcomes by implementing and scaling reporting & measurement tools and 3P integrations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze: You enjoy hunting for insights and using data to share meaningful learnings and make actionable recommendations
- Scale: You are ready to roll up your sleeves to build and scale new & existing tools & processes
- Partner: You’ve worked closely with advertisers before and know what data they need to achieve their marketing goals
- Innovate: Lead the development of new data integrations with measurement & AdTech partners to unlock advanced targeting, measurement, and optimization use cases
- Build: Deploy privacy-enhancing measurement solutions, including experimentation with clean rooms and first-party data collaboration frameworks
Requirements
- You have 4-6+ years of experience in marketing technology, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or operations, with a proven track record of success high growth startup experience preferred
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with advanced proficiency in SQL to support data processing, automation, and analysis
- Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams to implement scalable marketing solutions aligned with business goals
- Experience with digital tracking, attribution and incrementality measurement across web and app environments, including hands-on experience with adtech tools (e.g., Mobile Measurement Partners, Customer Data Platforms, Data Clean Rooms)
- Demonstrated expertise in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), including app attribution, incrementality measurement, and API integrations
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
- You are a strong communicator and project manager, taking pride in the quality work your team delivers

Pay
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
Schedule
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado. $105,400—$155,000 USD
