We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Who We Want: description of desired traits (hard-working winners, confident, competitive, results-oriented, dedicated achievers, effective communicators, collaborative partners). This could be "About the role" or maybe "Qualifications"? Usually "About the role" is a brief description. We'll treat that as "About the role".
- Essential duties & responsibilities: a long list of duties. We'll put under
Responsibilities
with- items. - Education & special trainings: Bachelor’s degree required. B.S, B.A.S or B.B.A preferred. That's education requirement. - Qualifications & experience: 8+ years of work experience required; 8+ years of experience in a Mako clinical or joint replacement role covering manual procedures; Background in orthopedics and/or healthcare is highly preferred; Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional groups in a team-oriented environment; Persuasive oral and written communication skills; experience dealing with all customer groups and senior leadership; Strong analytical, project management skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timeline; Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). This is qualifications/experience. - Physical & mental requirements: list of physical demands. Could be under "Requirements" or maybe "Qualifications"? We'll treat as "Requirements" (physical/mental). Or we could have separate "Physical Requirements". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map. We have "Education & special trainings" -> could go under Qualifications (education) or Requirements. We'll put education under Qualifications. "Qualifications & experience" -> Qualifications. "Physical & mental requirements" -> Requirements. Skills: maybe we can extract skills like communication, analytical, project management, Microsoft Office, etc. Could be under Skills. But we must not create thin sections. We need to decide which sections have substantive content. We have: - About the role: description of desired traits (hard-working winners etc). That's substantive. - Responsibilities: long list of duties. - Requirements: physical & mental requirements (medium work, travel, etc). Also maybe include "Ability to work collaboratively..."? That's more skill. But we can keep physical/mental under Requirements. - Qualifications: education (Bachelor's degree required, preferred) plus experience (8+ years etc). Also maybe include "Background in orthopedics and/or healthcare is highly preferred". That's qualification. - Skills: could include communication, analytical, project management, Microsoft Office proficiency, etc. But we might combine some into Qualifications. However we need to avoid duplication. The instructions: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all info, but we can organize into sections. If we put some info under Qualifications and also under Skills, that would duplicate? Not necessarily if we split distinct items. But we must not repeat same info in multiple places? Not explicitly forbidden, but better to avoid duplication. We'll try to allocate each piece to one section. Let's list all substantive bullet points: From Who We Want: - Hard-working winners. - Confident, competitive and results-oriented professionals who create a track record of success. - Dedicated achievers. People who thrive in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure clinical success and technical competency. - Effective communicators. People who can interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders. - Collaborative partners. People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices. These are traits/attributes. Could be under About the role. Responsibilities (Essential duties & responsibilities): many bullet-like sentences. We'll need to break into list items. Let's extract each duty sentence (separated by periods). We'll create
- for each.

Pay: "$98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual"
Benefits: list of health benefits and financial benefits.
Schedule: Not explicitly stated. There's no mention of schedule (full-time, part-time, shift). So we should NOT create a Schedule section because no specific content.
We also have Posted Date etc - we drop.
Now we need to map to allowed headings.
We have:
About the role: Who We Want paragraph.
Responsibilities: Essential duties & responsibilities.
Requirements: Physical & mental requirements (maybe also include some other requirements like travel? Already there). Could also include "Ability to work collaboratively..." but that's more skill/qualification. We'll keep physical/mental under Requirements.
Qualifications: Education & special trainings + Qualifications & experience (including experience, background, etc). Might be too much but okay.
Skills: Could extract skills like communication, analytical, project management, Microsoft Office, interpersonal, presentation, ethics, etc. But many of those appear also in Qualifications & experience and Physical & mental requirements. To avoid duplication, we could decide not to have a Skills section and instead put those under Qualifications. However the instruction says we should prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one Qualifications section, and not have a separate Skills section. That's allowed: we only include sections when posting has real specific content. If we don't have distinct Skills content beyond what's already in Qualifications, we can omit Skills.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay.
Check if we need to include any other like "Schedule": none.
Now we need to format.
We'll output:
About the role
Hard-working winners. Confident, competitive and results-oriented professionals who create a track record of success.Dedicated achievers. People who thrive in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure clinical success and technical competency.Effective communicators. People who can interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.Collaborative partners. People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices.
But note the original had periods separating sentences; we can keep as is
