About the role
The Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of stores by managing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling returns and exchanges.
- Manages the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
