About the role
The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support store operations by ensuring customer service standards are met.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient product flow.
- Collaborate with store teams to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
- Participate in training sessions to maintain and improve skills.
- Assist in recruitment efforts to support store growth.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for positions requiring travel).
