Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations by ensuring customer service standards are met.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient product flow.
• Collaborate with store teams to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
• Participate in training sessions to maintain and improve skills.
• Assist in recruitment efforts to support store growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for positions requiring travel).
