About the role
The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support store operations by ensuring customer service standards are met.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock rotation.
- Collaborate with store teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Experience in inventory management and store operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of retail systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Understanding of sustainability and environmental impact.
