About the role
The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and store operations.
- Assists with the backroom product flow function (production) to maintain inventory levels and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
