Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and store operations.
• Assists with the backroom product flow function (production) to maintain inventory levels and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.

Pay

$18 - $22 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Variable, typically 40 hours per week, including weekends.
