Associate Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail or related experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
