About the role
The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support store operations by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store processes and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail or related experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
