Associate Manager

Description

The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations by ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient product flow within the store.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and store performance.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail or related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
