The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities
- Support store operations by ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient product flow within the store.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and store performance.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail or related experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
