About the role
The Associate Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support store operations by ensuring customer service standards are met.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
- Collaborate with store teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive store performance and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
