About the Role
This key leadership position oversees Admissions Advisors and Enrollment Coaches, providing strategic direction to enhance the enrollment process and ensure student success from application to graduation. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Campus Enrollment, you will play a pivotal role in meeting enrollment targets, optimizing processes, and supporting student success while upholding TSTC’s core values.
Responsibilities
- Consistently embody TSTC’s Core Values (Excellence, Accountability, Service, and Integrity) in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, students, and the community.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Admissions Advisors and Enrollment Coaches to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
- Implement standardized admissions processes and practices to ensure quality of service and monitor performance metrics related to enrollment.
- Assist in setting and monitoring new student and persistence enrollment goals, flexing staff resources to meet targets and address barriers at campus and statewide levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Admissions, Veteran Services, Financial Aid, Registrar's Office, Operations, and Student Services) to provide enhanced student support and monitor progress.
- Plan and oversee enrollment initiatives, regional events, and ambassador programs to increase college visibility and attract a diverse student body.
- Manage a student caseload, addressing complex questions and troubleshooting needs related to enrollment, financial aid, and overall student progression.
- Guide students through the admissions process, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Provide leadership in utilizing software programs to review eligibility requirements, track financial aid status, and monitor academic progress.
- Use online platforms and software to maintain student records, track activity, and generate reports on monthly engagement targets and semester admissions objectives.
- Stay abreast of FAFSA, FERPA, and relevant federal and state regulations governing student rights and information.
- Proactively review changes to enrollment management policies and best practices, providing guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with the Enrollment team to identify and develop staff training needs, coordinating professional development, compliance, and mandatory training.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, applications, and enrollments, using data to prepare reports on recruitment activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Visit community locations, including high schools, to attend events, represent TSTC, and promote programs and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (exceptional experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements).
- 3 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, sales, or a related field.

Pay
Hiring range: $57,542.40 - $63,296.64 USD annually. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.
