About the role
We have a wonderful opportunity at our clinic for an entry-level mental health therapist. The position is for a First Year Resident in our clinic.
Responsibilities
- Build counseling skills and techniques with collaborative supervision and training
- Pour into Resident providers to improve community mental wellness
- One-on-one clinical supervision
- Twice-monthly group supervision
- Weekly meetings with a peer mentor to ensure successful acclimation to systems and procedures
- Opportunity to apply for NHSC Student Loan Repayment Program upon full licensure
Qualifications
- Graduating or recently graduated from a counseling-related field program
- Comprehensive residency program designed to enhance skills and competency
- Compensation: $46,000
