Associate Lecturer in Anatomy
About the role
Three Counties Medical School is looking to appoint an Associate Lecturer in Anatomy to support the delivery of applied anatomy teaching within our MBChB programme due to sickness absence. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to clinically relevant anatomy teaching, working with academic and clinical colleagues to support high-quality student learning across the programme.
You will help deliver engaging teaching sessions, support anatomy teaching spaces and resources, and contribute to assessment, marking and moderation in line with quality assurance processes.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a panel interview and asked to deliver a 15-minute small group teaching session on applied anatomy suitable for Level 5, Year 1 medical students.

If not already an employee of the University of Worcester, the appointed candidate will be employed through Uniworc Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Worcester. Appointees will automatically be enrolled into the Aviva FlexHE defined contribution pension scheme (subject to earnings and other eligibility criteria).
If successful at interview, you will join a pool of sessional lecturers. Employment is not guaranteed and will be subject to student numbers, with hours potentially limited to a few per week. Queries regarding this can be discussed at interview.
