Join the administrative team at Goffstown Creative Kids Academy in Goffstown, NH as a Associate & Lead Teachers. This role pays $18 – $21/Hr and requires completed early childhood education college credits.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices
• Lead by example; encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth
• Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences
• Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met
• Ensure a healthy classroom environment - including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children
• Maintain accurate records, forms and files
• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement

Requirements

• The candidate needs to meet the following qualifications:
• 9 credits in ECE with 3 credits in Child growth & Development or
• 3 credits in an education course with 1500 hours of work experience and a plan to continue your ECE credits or
• Successful completion of a 2-year vocational course or
• Have 18+ ECE credits to be considered for a Lead Teacher position.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Nice to have: Strong knowledge of Child Development, Have a passion for teaching, Nurturing and loving style
