Associate IT Support & Service Analyst

This is a full-time, onsite position in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Assess and troubleshoot basic support issues while applying understanding of modern software, hardware, systems, and applications.
• Participate in on-call rotation for support outside of core hours.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate IT issues.
• Fulfill IT requests.
• Create and maintain accurate records and technical documentation.
• Perform technical cross-training with team members.
• Perform other specialized tasks in relation to established career development plans.
