About the role

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in recruitment and sales. No prior recruitment experience is necessary— we provide structured training, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on guidance from day one.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and hiring managers across the U.S.
• Sourcing and engaging candidates within specialized tech markets
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Growing your own network of clients and candidates
• Working towards individual targets in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment

Requirements

• Highly motivated individuals with a strong desire to achieve
• Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
• Resilient and comfortable individuals working towards targets
• Graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial (but not essential)
