Responsibilities
- Executive schedule management
- Project management
- Reporting status and milestones to stakeholders
- Meticulous organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of IT terminology and concepts
- Curate and manage SharePoint sites, intranet, and user documentation
- Track, manage, and report on overall project status
- Maintain overall project plan
- Address issues with quality assurance and task completions
- Ensure client requirements are met and closeout activities are completed
- Manage stakeholder requirements
- Oversee and manage department financials including tracking purchases, expenses, and deliver monthly reports
- Manage 3rd party project delivery resources/team, provide project guidance and direction to achieve project goals; responsible for tracking performance and motivating team members
- Implement communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed
- Facilitate project meetings; implements project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
- Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated
- Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines
- Report status and variances
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule; implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders
- Audit change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk with management support
- Implement standard risk management routines with management support, to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience supporting and driving IT projects within an office environment; prior Project Management experience preferred
- General understanding of SaaS landscape and software development lifecycle
- Experience with Asana preferred
- Experience presenting to a variety of stakeholder levels; strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability and self-driven organizational skills
- Focus on providing high degree of customer satisfaction
Pay
The compensation range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $65,000-80,000 annually. The rate offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors.
