Associate IT Analyst-Accounting Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Financials subledgers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor production and incident management to maintain high availability and performance.
• Ensure change management governance adheres to established standards.
• Build relationships and work collaboratively within the ERP Systems team and Accounting.
• Participate in monthly close processes and audits, contributing to accurate financial reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• This position requires authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Technology.
• 1+ years’ experience of financial business systems analysis and support.
• Some experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a team environment with competing deadlines and frequent interruptions.
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with Oracle Financials updates.

Compensation

Starting pay range: $61,100 - $80,200. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance.

This role does not allow for 100% remote work. Qualified candidates must live within a daily commutable distance of Casey's Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA and be willing to work onsite 5 days per week.
