Associate International Program Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Creates, executes and monitors cross-functional international project plans including the creation of any required documentation.
• Provides project and business leadership.
• Determines project scope and deliverables.
• Oversees creation of project plans and resource allocation.
• Sets up and manages tools to optimize same.
• Defines and manages project risk and risk mitigation processes.
• Keeps stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and risks.
• Works with International or Licensing Operations Team to resolve new and ongoing issues.
• Communicates effectively with the International Core Team, International Operations Team, international licensees and partners, and vendors/consultants to build and maintain close relationships and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Tracks and shares new knowledge with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Business, Economics, or Finance.
• 5+ years of project management experience with increasing program management responsibility, preferably in a restaurant business environment.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• A valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay

Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
