Job Responsibilities
- Creates, executes and monitors cross-functional international project plans including the creation of any required documentation.
- Provides project and business leadership.
- Determines project scope and deliverables.
- Oversees creation of project plans and resource allocation.
- Sets up and manages tools to optimize same.
- Defines and manages project risk and risk mitigation processes.
- Keeps stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and risks.
- Works with International or Licensing Operations Team to resolve new and ongoing issues.
- Communicates effectively with the International Core Team, International Operations Team, international licensees and partners, and vendors/consultants to build and maintain close relationships and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Tracks and shares new knowledge with team members.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Business, Economics, or Finance.
- 5+ years of project management experience with increasing program management responsibility, preferably in a restaurant business environment.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- A valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- Preferred experience in a restaurant business environment.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.

Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
