The Role

The Associate Designer is an integral part of the project team, contributing to both the creative and technical aspects of design. You will support concept development, produce detailed documentation, coordinate vendors and specifications, and help ensure that each project is delivered seamlessly, from idea to installation.

This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys balancing creative problem-solving with structured, detail-oriented work in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Who You Are

  • Bring 3-5 years of experience in residential interior design or a similar project-based environment, with exposure to both creative development and technical documentation.
  • Show detail-oriented and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple moving pieces while maintaining clarity and consistency.
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools, and comfortable producing documentation that supports construction and installation.
  • Collaborate effectively, communicating clearly and positively contributing to team dynamics and project outcomes.
  • Approach your work creatively and structurally, enjoying the balance of design exploration and disciplined execution.
  • Take pride in your work and are motivated by high standards, accountability, and being part of a team that delivers exceptional results.
