Associate Integrated Producer
What You'll Do
- Ensure seamless execution of integrated productions from kickoff through delivery
- Assist with production logistics, schedules, timelines, and vendor coordination
- Help manage post-production workflows including edit tracking, deliverables, reviews, and approvals
- Cook assets across internal teams, freelancers, and production partners
- Coordinate with Business Affairs on contracts, usage tracking, talent paperwork, and production documentation
- Keep projects organized, moving, and generally prevent small fires from becoming large fires
- Attend meetings, take notes, ask smart questions, and occasionally remind people what day it is
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of agency production experience
- Familiarity with standard post-production workflows and processes
- Working knowledge of Business Affairs and production paperwork
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to juggle multiple projects without spontaneously combusting
- Excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- Bonus points if you can decipher creative feedback like "make it feel more blue."
