What You'll Do

  • Ensure seamless execution of integrated productions from kickoff through delivery
  • Assist with production logistics, schedules, timelines, and vendor coordination
  • Help manage post-production workflows including edit tracking, deliverables, reviews, and approvals
  • Cook assets across internal teams, freelancers, and production partners
  • Coordinate with Business Affairs on contracts, usage tracking, talent paperwork, and production documentation
  • Keep projects organized, moving, and generally prevent small fires from becoming large fires
  • Attend meetings, take notes, ask smart questions, and occasionally remind people what day it is

What We're Looking For

  • 2 years of agency production experience
  • Familiarity with standard post-production workflows and processes
  • Working knowledge of Business Affairs and production paperwork
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to juggle multiple projects without spontaneously combusting
  • Excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset
  • Bonus points if you can decipher creative feedback like "make it feel more blue."
