Integrated Producer

Responsibilities

• Mastery in creating schedules, managing production resourcing, and distribution of final video and design assets
• Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners
• Navigating client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project details
• Managing budgets, monitoring scope changes, keeping track of client Purchase Orders, and managing invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects
• Your in person attendance at the client offices once per week is mandatory

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years working at a creative agency in a production or project management role
• Experience working with a social media focused and/or entertainment client
• Proficiency with project management software tools and G Suite ; knowledge of Mac Suite a plus
• Familiarity with leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners
• Client-centric - You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business
• Note: Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000-78,000 USD, annually and final offer is based on experience.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Los Angeles office.
