Associate, Integrated Media Planning
About the role
The Associate, Integrated Media Planning supports the development of media plans through research, audience analysis, and competitive insights. They own and maintain planning documents, trackers, and flowcharts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. They pull and analyze competitive research, support budget tracking, pacing, and monthly financial reporting, communicate proactively with team members, participate in meetings, and collaborate across functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of media plans through research, audience analysis, and competitive insights
- Own and maintain planning documents, trackers, and flowcharts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Pull and analyze competitive research
- Support budget tracking, pacing, and monthly financial reporting to ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, actualized, and billed
- Communicate proactively with team members to flag questions, risks, or discrepancies
- Participate in internal, client, and partner meetings, building confidence and presentation skills
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, investment, analytics, and operations teams
- Demonstrate curiosity and actively build knowledge of the media landscape and CPG space
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Apple software, such as Keynote, is a huge plus
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing, and media
- Proficiency with Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships included)
- Strong interest in media, advertising, consumer behaviors
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn media tools, platforms, and financial processes

Pay
This role's pay range is $34,000—$60,000 USD. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Schedule
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. The number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
