About the Role
The Associate, Instructional Design develops, delivers, and maintains e-learning training materials focused on the organization’s products and employee development. This role ensures training content—particularly content related to Central Nervous System assessments used in clinical trials—is clear, accurate, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles. The position plays an important role in supporting effective knowledge transfer to external professionals and ensuring users receive consistent, high-quality product training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine e-learning courses using content provided by internal subject matter experts.
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve training modules and learning experiences.
- Ensure training deliverables meet established quality, accuracy, and scheduling standards.
- Participate in peer quality reviews of courses developed by other instructional designers.
- Update training content to reflect product enhancements and software release cycles.
- Edit and develop PowerPoint presentations for a variety of audiences.
- Stay current with updates, features, and capabilities of Articulate Storyline 360.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, with experience using AI tools preferred.
- 3–5 years of professional e-learning development experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality training content.
Pay
$65,000–$75,000 USD annually. Competitive base salary with additional earning opportunities.
