Associate, Instructional Design

The Associate, Instructional Design role is offered by a partner company managing all applications and next steps. This position is based in the United States and involves creating impactful digital learning experiences to support brain health research and clinical outcomes. Key responsibilities include designing, refining, and maintaining engaging e-learning materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring training materials align with brand guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience developing e-learning or digital training materials
• Advanced experience with Articulate Storyline 360, including familiarity with its latest features and tools
• Experience independently developing courses from source materials such as SME documentation, presentations, scripts, or technical content
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Excellent attention to detail with strong editing, organization, and quality assurance skills
• Able to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and scientific stakeholders
• Experience creating training content for external audiences or complex industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, or technology is a plus
