On-siteBusiness DevelopmentFull-time

Founded in 1996, Stream Realty Partners (Stream) began with a vision centered on people. Headquartered in Dallas, TX, Stream operates in core markets nationwide, completing billions in annual transactions across office, industrial, retail, healthcare, land, and data center properties. With millions of square feet of assignments, Stream is one of the fastest-growing, full-service commercial real estate services organizations in the country.

About the role

Stream Realty Partners is investing in the continued growth of its Industrial brokerage platform in Atlanta and is seeking an Associate with existing commercial real estate experience to join its Industrial team. This role is primarily oriented toward tenant representation, with exposure to landlord leasing, acquisitions, and investment sales. It is a business development role at its core, requiring active prospecting, relationship cultivation with industrial occupiers, and ownership of transactions from pursuit through closing.

Stream combines the resources of a national platform—over 1,550 professionals and $11.5B+ in annual transaction volume—with the autonomy of a growing local team and proprietary research tools for a distinct submarket advantage. This position is ideal for a candidate with a foundation in commercial real estate who is ready to take on greater territory and responsibility. The role offers strong earning potential through a performance-driven commission structure, which may include a base salary/draw, commissions, and incentives.

  • Track market-level data, comps, and availability to inform client advisory and sharpen competitive positioning
  • Contribute to landlord leasing assignments and investment sales pursuits across Stream’s industrial portfolio
  • Prepare client presentations, market surveys, and deliverables reflecting Stream’s quality standards
  • Perform financial modeling and analysis to support tenant advisory, lease comparisons, and investment underwriting

  • Demonstrated track record of sourcing, supporting, or closing transactions and meeting business development goals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with a commission-based compensation structure
  • Strong prospecting instincts and discipline to maintain consistent outreach independently
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with financial analysis; experience with CoStar and CRM tools preferred
  • Active Georgia real estate license, or ability to obtain one within 60 days of start date
  • Working knowledge of metro Atlanta industrial submarkets and ability to speak credibly about market conditions
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Competitive drive and genuine desire to build a long-term career in industrial brokerage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
