About the role
The Associate Industrial Security Coordinator assists the Personnel Security Team with background investigation processes for program participants under the Leidos Antarctic Support Contract (ASC).
Responsibilities
- Manage internal CRM and Microsoft Office tools, focusing on Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with support teams including Travel, UTMB, and IT&C
- Handle fingerprint processes, including package creation, coordination with local mail rooms, and card reviews
- Maintain Personnel Security databases to track candidate progress
- Review and respond to inquiries in the Personnel Security Team mailbox
- Update investigation determinations in tracking databases and notify relevant parties
- Review and update Position Designation Libraries as needed
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong documentation and writing skills
- Self-starting and engaged demeanor
- Demonstrated organizational and customer service skills
- Aptitude for data management and reporting tools
- Mature and professional demeanor when interacting with stakeholders
- Outcome-focused mindset
- Strong verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- US Citizenship Required
- Must obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to start date
- Process could take up to 4 months to complete

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this role is $28 - $29 per hour.
Schedule
This position is full-time, with flexible core work hours between 9 AM and 3 PM Mountain Time.
