Associate III, Warehouse

About the role
Coordinate and control inventory movement and accuracy in the warehouse physically as well as in the warehouse management system. Ensure all product transactions are accurate and accountable. Assist in Shipping and Receiving responsibilities, including loading, unloading, picking, and packing orders. Receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products.
Responsibilities
- Be familiar with the inventory for all product lines stored at assigned warehouses.
- Verify product received for identification and quantity.
- Assign specific locations for product storage to meet FIFO requirements.
- Coordinate data input of orders to facilitate customer service and issue pick lists to designated warehouse pickers.
- Adjust the warehouse management system accordingly.
- Verify product picked against pick lists (part number and quantity) to ensure accuracy prior to packing or moving to the Assembly Department.
- Update product transactions to ensure inventory accuracy (physical vs. warehouse management system).
- Control non-conformance inventory and coordinate with CSIP for return or disposal of non-conforming materials.
- Coordinate daily cycle and wall-to-wall inventory count activities.
- Assist in research and problem-solving of inventory discrepancies.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of standard warehouse procedures and inventory control systems.
- Intermediate to strong computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Work experience in ISO/TL 9000 certified operations.
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and count in all units of measure.
- High school diploma or GED; or 4+ years of experience in a warehouse inventory control capacity.
- Current forklift certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Trained in safety procedures for lifting, handling, and transporting materials of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
Physical Demands
- Frequently lift, carry, and move materials or products (up to 50 lbs).
- Prolonged standing (often 8–12 hours per shift).
- Frequent walking throughout the warehouse, including climbing stairs or ladders.
- Move carts, pallet jacks, or materials requiring push/pull strength.
- Perform tasks such as scanning, labeling, packing, or assembling.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required.
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms for repetitive tasks.

Pay Range: $19 per hour
