Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain employee time and attendance records in the timekeeping system.
  • Review and audit time entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Aid employees and managers with timekeeping issues, including corrections, approvals, and system navigation.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure proper integration of time data into payroll processing.
  • Generate and distribute timekeeping reports as needed for internal audits and management review.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts related to timekeeping procedures and systems.
  • Identify and escalate system issues or policy violations to appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • One to two years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or HR administration.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems such as Kronos, ADP, Workday, SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
