Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain employee time and attendance records in the timekeeping system.
- Review and audit time entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Aid employees and managers with timekeeping issues, including corrections, approvals, and system navigation.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure proper integration of time data into payroll processing.
- Generate and distribute timekeeping reports as needed for internal audits and management review.
- Support onboarding and training efforts related to timekeeping procedures and systems.
- Identify and escalate system issues or policy violations to appropriate stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
- One to two years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or HR administration.
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems such as Kronos, ADP, Workday, SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
