Associate - Healthcare IT/Digital Health Solutions

Position Overview

The Associate will be responsible for leading the analytical work in support of new business development and transaction execution, as well as, assisting senior bankers in the development and delivery of value-added investment banking products and services to clients and prospects. The Associate should expect a great deal of client exposure and will develop skill sets in the fundamentals of valuation, business strategy and client communication.

Professional Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of investment banking experience (ideally in an M&A role).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills including experience in valuation, financial modeling and analysis.
• Financial modeling skills and business strategy execution skills are a must.
• High level of accounting knowledge and proficiency around 3-statement financial analysis.
• Significant transaction experience.
• Strong confidence in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• BA/BS with demonstrated coursework in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or related subjects (or analytical work experience in lieu of such coursework), masters preferred.
