The role of Associate Health Principal at HDR involves guiding the Health sector in the local region, contributing to leadership and visioning, and developing strong client relationships.

- Implement interview strategies
- Contribute to or lead capture plans, qualifications, and proposals
- Contribute to or lead interview strategies and implementation
- Learn / lead internal HDR marketing processes
- Prepare / negotiate project contracts
- Maintain project oversight throughout execution
- Interface with clients proactively
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to health staff and project teams
- Develop abstracts and presentations for industry conferences, seminars, workshops, and other similar events
- Cultivate a network of industry partners for intelligence gathering and strategic development
Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in the architectural industry
- 7 years’ experience in healthcare architecture
- Strong connections with health systems
- Preferred: Local candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum 5 years project management experience
- Registered Architect
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Knowledge and experience within the local and regional market
- Good planning and mentoring skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
