About the role

Nautilus is a full-time analyst development program — a rotational experience designed for early-career quantitative-minded individuals who are curious, collaborative, and eager to grow. Start date: July 2027. This is not an internship — it's the start of a career.

After the program, you'll be placed on a long-term team — matching what energizes you with where the business needs talent most.
