Associate - Guest Relations - Weekends Only

Schedule: Part Time - Weekends Only (0-24 hours/week) (Saturday and Sunday only)

Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge-level customer service attitude.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous concierge-level customer service experience.
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact.
