Associate - Guest Relations

Schedule: Part Time Day Shift, Supplemental Hours (PRN: 0 - 24 hours per week). Earliest shift starts at 5 pm and latest shift ends at 7:30 pm.

Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information, and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge-level customer service attitude.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge-level customer service experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
