Associate Grant Manager, Mount Carmel Foundation

Position Purpose

The Associate Grant Manager supports the Mount Carmel Foundation’s grant fundraising program by ensuring strong prospect research, compliance, post-award management, reporting, and performing select relationship management and grant revenue production. This role increases the Foundation’s capacity to steward and grow institutional funding while mitigating organizational risk and enabling sustainable revenue growth.

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Licensure / Certification: Grant Professional Certified (GPC) or Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) preferred
  • Experience: 3-5 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge: Government, private foundation, and corporate grant processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Strong project management skills, organization, and attention to detail
