    • Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of high-value funding opportunities
    • Prioritize grants based on mission alignment, competitiveness, and organizational needs
  • Project & Team Management
    • Manage deadlines, timelines, and deliverables across multiple proposals
    • Assign tasks to grant writers, researchers, and collaborators
    • Ensure all team members have the information and context they need to succeed
    • Maintain a clear, organized workflow for drafts, revisions, and submissions
  • Quality & Mission Alignment
    • Ensure every proposal reflects Outcome School’s voice, mission, and impact
    • Review drafts for clarity, consistency, and alignment with funder priorities
    • Maintain a library of reusable narratives, data points, and organizational language
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with the CEO, program leads, and volunteer teams to gather program details
    • Cook up with the Grant Researcher to evaluate new opportunities
    • Communicate progress, risks, and needs to leadership

  • Passionate about education, equity, and community empowerment
  • Comfortable leading a small team of volunteer contributors
  • Motivated by impact and excited to build something meaningful

Experience in grant writing, nonprofit development, or project management is helpful — but leadership, ownership, and commitment matter most.
