Responsibilities

  • Aid in various client engagements
  • Extract insights from data sets and trends using different tools and techniques
  • Facilitate day-to-day client interactions and relationships
  • Collaborate and work cohesively with stakeholders
  • Counsel and mentor junior members of the team
  • Develop the team’s technical acumen

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services
  • Buy-side/vendor due diligence experience across industries preferred
  • Understanding of M&A / PE investment lifecycle preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field
  • Understanding of data extraction, manipulation, analytics, and visualization approaches
  • Strong technical background with hands-on data analytics experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, business intelligence/visualization (Tableau preferred), big data, and machine learning concepts
  • Ability to leverage business intelligence software
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a thorough yet concise manner
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work as both a team member in a collaborative setting and as an individual contributor
  • Ability to thrive and be effective in fast-paced settings

Benefits

The base salary is $100,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
