Responsibilities
- Aid in various client engagements
- Extract insights from data sets and trends using different tools and techniques
- Facilitate day-to-day client interactions and relationships
- Collaborate and work cohesively with stakeholders
- Counsel and mentor junior members of the team
- Develop the team’s technical acumen
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services
- Buy-side/vendor due diligence experience across industries preferred
- Understanding of M&A / PE investment lifecycle preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field
- Understanding of data extraction, manipulation, analytics, and visualization approaches
- Strong technical background with hands-on data analytics experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, business intelligence/visualization (Tableau preferred), big data, and machine learning concepts
- Ability to leverage business intelligence software
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a thorough yet concise manner
- Exceptional project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work as both a team member in a collaborative setting and as an individual contributor
- Ability to thrive and be effective in fast-paced settings
Benefits
The base salary is $100,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
