Associate - General Liability

About the role

Cipriani & Werner is a multidisciplinary law firm recognized for understanding client needs and delivering expected results. The Atlanta Office in Alpharetta, GA seeks a General Liability Associate to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Maintain billable hours as necessary.
• Manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.
• Assist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trial when and where necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active license in good standing in Georgia.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in litigation (judicial clerks will be considered).
• Experience in General Liability Defense work preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $95,000–$135,000. Actual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position.
