Associate General Dentist - West Babylon, NY
About the Role & Our Philosophy
For more than 43 years, Babylon Dental Care has treated patients like family. Our Category of One philosophy guides everything we do—creating an elevated patient experience unmatched in dentistry, where every patient feels genuinely cared for, every interaction builds trust, and every team member plays a meaningful role in delivering exceptional care. This commitment comes to life through our Three Pillars of Service:
- Pillar #1 – Relational Dentistry: We treat every patient like family with empathy, kindness, and respect. We listen first, build trust, and create meaningful relationships with our patients and each other. We care for the whole person—not just their teeth.
- Pillar #2 – Clinical Excellence: We combine clinical expertise with thoughtful treatment planning to help patients achieve healthier smiles and better overall health. Exceptional outcomes begin with exceptional care.
- Pillar #3 – Transactional Care: We communicate insurance benefits, fees, and payment options with honesty and transparency. We help patients understand their financial responsibilities with confidence and compassion—financial conversations should feel supportive, not stressful.
As an Associate General Dentist at our Gateway Plaza location in Patchogue, NY, you’ll infuse new energy into a Clinical team working in a welcoming environment intentionally designed to promote collaboration and foster creativity among Doctors and supporting team members.
Why Babylon Dental Care?
- Caring Legacy: Step into a role where your work directly contributes to a legacy of exceptional dental care and community service. Privately owned, we honor all who want to serve. We are not selling to corporate, and we offer partnership opportunities to continue our life’s work of remaining private and patient/provider centric.
- Collaborative Practice Environment: Enjoy an environment created to foster and motivate all to learn the basics of service. Our team works together to help one another serve patients with the highest quality of care. We recognize and appreciate the wholehearted professional you feel called to be.

- Daily collaboration with our Partners and Associates for your overall clinical support and success
- Mentorship and cross-service opportunities with our in-office Periodontist, Orthodontist, and Pedodontist—serving patients’ families all under one roof
- Shift-starting huddle communications, with your Administrative team supporting your service success behind the scenes
- Quarterly team dinners and twice-yearly Associate dinners to foster collaboration and further develop you and your team
Opportunities to Grow
We’ve served South Shore, Long Island communities for over 43 years. As a fee-for-service practice, only 41% of our collections are insurance-based, and more than 25% of our patients are enrolled in our in-house dental savings plan—devoted, cash-paying patients. Our yearly collection revenue falls within the top 1% of the nation for a single practice, highlighting the opportunity ahead. For providers who consistently demonstrate clinical excellence, accountability, and a commitment to our values, we offer real opportunities to grow your career, your income, and—down the road—potential partnership with us.
A Team That Supports One Another
Our culture is built on collaboration, encouragement, and celebrating each other’s success. Through our Category of One Green Apple Moments, we recognize team members who go above and beyond. Just as a green apple stands out in a bushel of red apples, these moments celebrate the people who make an extraordinary impact on our patients and teammates.

Babylon Dental Care Perks
Competitive Compensation
To start, we pay a generous hourly rate. Each pay cycle, we review your hourly production averages with you, and when economically beneficial, we move you to a percentage of collections—the more you produce, the more you can potentially earn. This will be discussed further during your interview process. (Note: our practice’s collection average is over 103%.)
Compensation Structure
You are paid as a 1099 contractor, so with the right accountant, the sky’s the limit.
Professional Growth
There is no doubt you will grow as a professional in our collaborative environment—it’s unlike any other opportunity out there. You’ll be part of something bigger than a job, joining a team committed to creating an exceptional patient experience, investing in one another’s growth, and making every interaction matter.
