Associate General Dentist

About the role

We are looking for a full-time General Dentist to provide quality, comprehensive dentistry in a busy, well-established private practice in Oskaloosa.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, comfortable, and convenient service to patients.
• Treat every patient with compassion and attention.
• Minimize pain, procedure time, and recovery time.
• Treat the whole family as if they were part of your own family.
• Use the latest techniques and equipment.
• Build long-term relationships with the community and the team.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Valid Iowa dental license (or in the process of obtaining) that is in good standing.
• Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage.
• DEA license.
• The desire to build long-term relationships with the community and the team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills.
• Patient-centered approach.
• Passion for providing care to a wide variety of patients.
• Busy and consistent full-time schedule.
• No weekends!
• Flexibility for a 4-5 day work week.
• Incredible patient base and busy hygiene schedule.
• Mentorship, collaboration, and support from a team of experienced doctors and team members.
