Associate General Counsel - Contracts - Healthcare and Commercial Transactions

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on healthcare and contract law
• Review, draft, and negotiate various healthcare-related contracts
• Advise hospital leaders on regulatory and compliance issues
• Conduct legal research on laws, rulings, and regulations
• Participate in hospital committees and working groups
• Support organizational initiatives and special projects

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Admission to the State Bar
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations
• Knowledge of Risk Management

Pay

$210,000 – $297,500 annually
