Associate General Counsel (Contract)

About the role

Beacon Hill Legal seeks Virginia licensed attorneys for a contract-to-hire Associate General Counsel position with a notable trade association based in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in Virginia.
• Experience with reviewing agreements including contracts, licensing agreements, NDAs, trademark filings, and other legal documents.
• Experience reviewing and editing meeting agendas and minutes.
• Experience preparing and filing federal and state lobbying documents.
• Prior experience within a 501(c)(6) organization preferred, but not required.

Schedule

This position will be fully onsite (5 days a week at their office).
