Associate FPGA Engineer

About the role

The role involves designing, developing, and testing complex FPGA-based systems. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement FPGA-based solutions for embedded systems
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware and software components
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of FPGA designs
• Document design processes and results for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in FPGA development
• Strong understanding of digital logic design and VHDL/Verilog programming
• Experience with Xilinx or Altera FPGA platforms
• Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using EDA tools such as ModelSim, Xilinx ISE, or Vivado
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
