Associate for Web Development

Responsibilities

• Aid in web development across various industries by creating website layouts and user interfaces using responsive HTML/CSS practices, maintaining clean code, and ensuring programs function correctly.
• Utilize Webflow and other popular content management systems to develop and maintain websites for clients.
• Collaborate closely with designers and developers to translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional web elements.
• Implement responsive designs across different devices and screen sizes.
• Collect and review specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Set up analytics tools to accurately capture relevant data points across websites.
• Conduct testing on the website to identify and resolve bugs, accessibility issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of modern responsive web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Experience with JQuery/Vanilla JS is a plus.
• One to two years of experience using one or more content management systems such as WordPress, Webflow, etc.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices and site speed optimization.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster, and Hotjar.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science, engineering, web development, or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Benefits

• Base salary range is $55,000 to $75,000 per year plus bonus eligibility.
