Associate Financial Analyst, Accounts Payable

Responsibilities

• Identify duplicate payments and perform unclaimed property research
• Support payment cycles by processing credits and supporting payment processes
• Lead quarterly access control support documentation, coordinating with business partners for approvals and collaborating with internal audit
• Generate and publish quarterly duplicate payment reports and related metrics
• Track and process timely credit memos to mitigate the risk of duplicate payments
• Provide pay cycle process support, including handling duplicate checks, reviewing invoices, and conducting business outreach
• Perform other research tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2-3 years of recent experience in Accounts Payable
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to learn and understand new software systems
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and time management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and PeopleSoft
• Knowledge of financial controls and audit procedures
