Job Summary and Qualifications

The Associate Financial Analyst at AdvantageTrust, an affiliate of HCA, is responsible for performing new member recruitment cost analysis and product cross-reference comparisons, ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of the program’s pricing benefits. They also execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards, and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits.
• Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert.
• Manage financial data dashboards, scorecards, and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.
• Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue.
• Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program.
• Utilize data query tools, such as Sales Reporting, CatScan, vendor spreadsheets, etc., to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources.

Qualifications You Will Need

• A High School Graduate/Equivalency
• 1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare, particularly healthcare group purchasing
• 1+ year(s) of experience in Medical product knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge/Familiarity with medical products/supplies
• Ability to multi-task and strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Effective customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially demonstrated ability/expertise with Excel
