Associate Financial Analyst
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Associate Financial Analyst at AdvantageTrust, an affiliate of HCA, is responsible for performing new member recruitment cost analysis and product cross-reference comparisons, ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of the program’s pricing benefits. They also execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards, and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.
What You Will Do in This Role
- Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits.
- Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert.
- Manage financial data dashboards, scorecards, and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.
- Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue.
- Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program.
- Utilize data query tools, such as Sales Reporting, CatScan, vendor spreadsheets, etc., to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources.
Qualifications You Will Need
- A High School Graduate/Equivalency
- 1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare, particularly healthcare group purchasing
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Medical product knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge/Familiarity with medical products/supplies
- Ability to multi-task and strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Effective customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially demonstrated ability/expertise with Excel
