Associate - Finance (H)

Hilco Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support critical finance and business operations functions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Collections
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Conduct collection outreach via email and phone in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Maintain accurate collection notes and records.
  • Coordinate with business leaders to resolve billing disputes and payment issues.
  • Prepare aging reports and provide status updates on outstanding receivables.
  • Escalate delinquent accounts as appropriate.
• Invoicing & Revenue Support
  • Work with the Transaction Team to generate and distribute client invoices.
  • Verify billing information and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely.
  • Track invoice status and coordinate corrections when necessary.
  • Assist with monthly revenue reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Sales Operations & CRM Administration
  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of Salesforce opportunities and pipeline information.
  • Review pipeline data for completeness and consistency.
  • Assist practice leaders with opportunity updates, stage changes, and forecasting requirements.
  • Generate sales pipeline and business development reports for leadership.
  • Support data quality initiatives and CRM best practices.
• Operational Support
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and analytics projects.
  • Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Support cross-functional coordination between Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
